The Boldfit Canton Fair app (app.boldfitcanton.com) is an internal tool used by the Boldfit sourcing team to record suppliers met at the Canton Fair. It is not a public service.
Only what team members enter: supplier names and contact details (as printed on business cards and booth signage), notes, photos, documents, voice notes, links, prices and product information. We record which team member added each item and when. We store a sign-in cookie to keep you logged in, and basic technical logs (errors, upload status) to keep the app reliable.
An administrator may connect one Boldfit Google account so that the app can copy supplier records into Boldfit's own Google Drive folder and a Google Sheet log. The app requests access to Google Drive and Google Sheets only for this purpose. It creates, updates and moves files in the Boldfit Canton Fair folder; it does not read, use or share any other content in the Google account, does not use Google data for advertising, and does not transfer it to third parties. The Google sign-in token is stored encrypted on the server and can be revoked at any time from your Google account (Security → Third-party access) or by an administrator. The app's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data is stored on Cloudflare (Workers, D1, R2) and, when connected, in Boldfit's Google Drive. Access is limited to signed-in team members with a personal passcode.
Records are kept for Boldfit's sourcing work. Deleting a supplier in the app removes it from the app and moves its Drive copy to a “Deleted suppliers” folder, from which Boldfit can remove it permanently.
